Flood Insurance
Standard homeowners insurance does not cover flood damage. A one-inch rise in water level can result in $25,000 or more in repairs. We offer both NFIP and private carrier options.

Is flood insurance required in PA?
Flood insurance is not mandatory in Pennsylvania by law. However, if your property is in a high-risk flood zone, your mortgage lender will require it. NFIP dwelling coverage is capped at $250,000. Private carriers can exceed that limit.
